Cryptopia is a solid exchange to trade altcoins and shitcoins. Transferring my bitcoin on to the platform was quick and easy. There were no shenanigans. I was also able to trade large volume coins pretty easily. The withdrawal fees are reasonable compared to other top exchanges. My biggest gripe with the exchange is the UI. It is designed pretty terribly and is not that intuitive. The aesthetics are also not very pleasing to the eye. The interface also tends to lag from time to time which is an issue with a lot of exchanges out there. Cryptopia has more potential than a lot of other exchanges but still has much more work to do in order to get to the next level.
A lot of people complain about Cryptopia but I haven't had any issues at all using them. They have a pretty high volume so your orders aren't going to just sit there pending for hours. They also have a large selection of coins. I will say most deposits are slow to confirm. Usually in about 1 to 8 hours depending on the coin and amount. Outside.of that they are pretty.goid and my go to exchange.
I lost a lot of money here (because i felt for pump & dump traps). I did some investigation; it looked to me that there are many dead coins here. Developers that are not with a big team working day & night on there product i see as an abandon project with very small chance on profits investing. Ofcourse people won’t agree with this. But I’m for sure if i was a big ico and i raised lot of ETH. And it did not work out like it suppose to do. I also would say i’m working on development while enjoying cocktail at the pool of my 3th house in Thailand; with the millions of dollar i got from the ico sale.
Cryptopia , the NZ exchange up there with the best of them.. I find Cryptopia to be a great exchange with a very easy to use UI. There have been a few issues there since Xmas but hey , it’s cryptoland and growing pains happen. I support them and have been , and I’m sure will continue to , be happy with their service.
